Ordering Products

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not directly collect or store full credit card information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order details and process your payment. Some situations where we may cancel an order include: the product is no longer available, we cannot verify information you provide, there was an error on the Site regarding the product description, price, or availability, or other reasons determined at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your order after processing your payment, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used for your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate depictions of products offered on the Site, including size, color, and other descriptors. However, actual colors and dimensions may differ slightly from what is displayed on your computer or mobile device, due to screen resolution, brightness/contrast, manufacturing variances, and other factors. We cannot guarantee an exact color, shade, or dimension match.

Product packaging and materials may vary from the images shown. We reserve the right to change or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect any orders for which we have sent you an order confirmation email.

Applicable sales taxes will be applied to your order total at checkout. When you provide a shipping address, we will estimate the tax based on the delivery location. The actual sales tax charged may differ slightly from the estimated amount.

Shipping charges will be added to your order total at checkout. Any shipping fees and delivery estimates are provided at the time of checkout based on your delivery address.

Promotional prices and discounts only apply during the specified campaign period. All offers are subject to change or termination at any time without notice.

Shipping Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order promptly, typically within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. We will ship your order to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Delivery timeframes may vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Allow 5-7 business days for delivery
Expedited Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days for delivery
Express Shipping: Allow 1-3 business days for delivery

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other factors. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other events outside of our direct control.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to determine the status of your order and resolve any delivery issues.

We only ship to addresses within the United States at this time. We do not currently offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with international shipments.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened, and resalable condition with the original tags and labels.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] or contact us to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number and the specific items you wish to return. We will provide a prepaid return label or further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement after the return is processed at our warehouse facility.

Return shipping costs will be paid or reimbursed by us. However, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or import fees for international shipments. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason not related to defects or damage caused by shipping.

The following products cannot be returned:

Gift cards and non-tangible digital products
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order merchandise
Intimate apparel, hosiery, and other hygiene products

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
